Refund Policy

We want you to love your HealthyPal purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non‑Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items are non‑returnable:

  • Opened supplements

  • Used personal care products

  • Clearance or final sale items

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • Shipping fees are non‑refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery
